2016, the year of eternal transition.

This year was chock full of a whole lotta stuff. People, experiences, moves. New things: cities, jobs, friends, responsibilities. It was also an incredible time of learning. God taught me more about myself and about following him than I thought I'd be able stomach in just one year. It was intense, to say the least, and he was so faithful through it all. One thing I wished I had learned to be a little better at: by-hand art. So here's my year in some mini hand-doodled and lettered thoughts. I didn't give myself any do-overs, and I only photoshopped out a couple of dirt smudges that I didn't mean to get on the paper.

So, here's to making more things with my hands in 2017, and to getting better at this stuff. Also to reading more books, because let's be honest, three is pathetic.
