ENGAGED: MISTI + JASE

Here I am, finally blogging about these two. Since this shoot, they've gotten married (blog to come!), and are getting ready to have a little girl! I really can't handle how fast time is flying for several of the couples that I've been able to work with. Truly, it needs to slow down.

The day began like any of my favorite shoots and really didn't disappoint. We headed to Cool Beans to start, then the canal side of the river. I loved hearing the story of how these two met (and met and met). I've known Misti for a few years and have enjoyed getting to know her and having been a part of this!

LIFE: DANI

Enter: my best friend. This gem of a lady has been there for me through all of our college years, and though she graduated a bit after me, her head is fuller 'cause she's got a double major. These photos are two-fold, her graduation shots and some head-shots for prospective acting opportunities. This girl has style and sass and you'd be hurting without her in your play.

LIFE: COURTNIE

Courtnie just graduated from high school. Her sister and I have been friends for years (I got to shoot her engagement portraits and wedding, take a look in the categories!), so when she asked me to shoot her sister's senior portraits, of course I said yes. 

Courtnie and Misti are so similar it's insane, and Courtnie's ideas for her shoot (and her tattoos) set her apart from other seniors I've photographed. This day made me want to do way more styled shoots and got the gears turning for some whimsical tea-party-esque fun in the future.
